We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for visiting the tiger cave temple and getting to the airport easily.

Had a great time spending Christmas with my family at this hotel. Loved the fact that we had air-conditioning and hot showers in our room - perfect after a long day exploring the city. The hotel was also conveniently located near the tiger cave temple and the airport, saving us time and transportation expenses. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.
There were a few negative aspects as well. Unfortunately, there was no swimming pool despite what we had seen online, but luckily there were plenty of beaches nearby.

The hotel's location is ideal for visiting the nearby Tiger Cave Temple and Krabi airport. the rooms come with air-conditioning and hot showers, which is great for hot and humid weather. some rooms may have views of the surrounding area.
Some guests may have experienced communication difficulties with the staff regarding payment and issues with furniture still being wrapped in plastic.

I had a great city break experience at a hotel in Krabi city. the air, conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. the location was amazing! It was convenient to get to the Tiger Cave Temple and the airport. the hot showers were really nice too, , they were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Some of the staff members weren't that friendly or helpful. some of the furniture was still wrapped in plastic, which made it feel like the hotel was still under construction.
